East37ID is a Sydney startup at 2014 and Singapore-based company at 2017 that provides renovation, repair works, and interior design services both locally and within Southeast Asia.

About Us

Founder and Project Manager Vocus Koe brings over 20 years of construction experience, including 8 years of engineering expertise and 6 years in project management and quantity surveying. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Project Management, and is MAiqs MAEust certification.

In 2014, he founded EAST37ID, offering project management, quantity surveying, and building services.

Vocus has extensive experience in the APAC region, having served as a Senior Project Manager on projects for Faithful + Gould in Sydney and Lend Lease in Australia. He has also been a PM consultant for regional projects with companies such as JLL, MBS, UBS, and Goldman Sachs.

As the manager for the Main con project, Vocus is known for his proactive approach to cost containment and profit enhancement, change management, problem-solving, risk management, value engineering, safety and QA performance, and project reporting.
